Federal Budget Year Ends September 30th
Use Your Funds.
Don't Lose Them.
High Gear® is the world's original and most trusted force-on-force scenario training suit.
September 30 Deadline
Unspent federal training funds expire at fiscal year end — September 30th
End of Year Action
Your Budget Window Is Open. Now Is the Time to Act.
Every year, federal, state, and local agencies leave training funds on the table because they run out of time to spend them. Don't let that happen to your unit.
High Gear® can be ordered by component or by the full suit. You don't need a large budget to make a meaningful upgrade to your training program. A few replacement helmets, new visors, or MCR conversion kits can transform the quality of your next scenario session.
More suits. More reps. Safer operators.
Check your inventory. Pull your gear out of the locker. What is worn, cracked, or outdated?
Replace components. Helmets, visors, and MCR conversion kits can be ordered individually.
Expand your cache. More suits means more role-players, more scenarios running simultaneously, and better training outcomes.
Convert for marking cartridges. UTM/SIM conversion kits are available for existing High Gear® helmets.
Start your paperwork now. Standard manufacturing and delivery is 6–8 weeks — but we have inventory ready for faster shipping. Get your order in now.
The Standard
The World's Original Force-on-Force Scenario Training Suit
High Gear® is to defensive tactics and combatives what UTM and Simunitions are to force-on-force firearms training. There is no substitute.
If your scenario gear is too bulky, it eliminates the fear of impact. Your people know the gear will protect them — so they train like it will. That changes how they think, how they move, and how they perform when it counts. I spent five years designing a suit that transfers impact and disperses it. The result was a suit that lets you know when you screwed up.
Built for Realism
High Gear® was engineered around the role-player's movement requirements. The bad guy can actually move like a bad guy — natural, aggressive, and unpredictable. No other suit on the market does this.
Stress Inoculation
Training in High Gear® accelerates stress inoculation. Your people develop competence, confidence, and a visceral understanding of what works under real pressure — faster than any conventional training method.
